1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using UIsen (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update it as needed. UIsen reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. User-Generated Content
By submitting UI elements, code snippets, or other content to UIsen, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and make available your content through the Platform. You retain ownership of your original work. You represent that your submissions do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
4. Open-Source License
All UI elements shared on UIsen are made available under the MIT License unless explicitly stated otherwise by the creator. By downloading or using any element, you agree to comply with the applicable open-source license terms. Attribution is appreciated but not required unless the element's license specifies otherwise.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: upload malicious code, malware, or harmful scripts; impersonate other users or entities; use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt Platform services; scrape content in bulk without prior written permission; submit copyrighted material without proper authorization.
6. Intellectual Property
The UIsen brand, logo, design system, and Platform code are the intellectual property of UIsen and its contributors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the Platform itself without explicit permission. Community-contributed elements remain the property of their respective creators.
7. Limitation of Liability
UIsen is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of elements downloaded from the Platform, including but not limited to data loss, security vulnerabilities, or compatibility issues. Users are responsible for reviewing and testing any code before integration into their projects.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable regulations.
